Weekly S.W.I.C. classes incorporating Meditation Mindfulness, Talks, and Contemplations.

Now, more than ever before in our time, we are being called to come together to live life as a spiritual practice. Everything we do, say and radiate as an energy being is in recognition that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. These classes will have as its foundation a recognition of the Awakened self within us all.

Open to all those in the S.W. area of Victoria who have prior meditation experience and want to develop further and connect with their community.
What Can I Expect?
You can expect a loving supportive environment with kindrid spirits who want to grow spiritually and be a light in the world. Understanding when we meditate, we not only help ourselves, but all beings.
A central element of our classes will include a meditation, using a mixture of direct awakening practices and more traditional styles.
Discussion and contemplation will follow a presentation or talk from various spiritual teachers

What is My Contribution?
You will need to download Zoom onto your device. Preferably a computer or ipad to optimise your experience
The shrine room is well equipped with various sitting gear or chairs as you may prefer.
