Mini Retreat

A 3 hour workshop to provide the conditions to nurture yourself into a state of peace and harmony. 

 

A time to come into presence and connect with your inner self, and listen for the higher whispers.

Breathing techniques, meditation and movement are some of the effective strategies we will share in this small “IN  person” workshop.  No remote zoom calls or ap for this class.  


 

Self Care Is Not An Option in Challenging Times

These past 2 years have been really challenging for everyone in various ways.  Attempting to find stillness and balance amidst so much negativity has stretched our inner resources. 

 

To survive and thrive in these times requires a focus on our inner world.  This is the invitation.
